The Bosteels family has been brewing beer for 7 generations, ever since 1791, right here in the village of Buggenhout. The brewery received a World Beer Award for its "Tripel Karmeliet". The brewery, designed by the architect Minnaert, is itself a listed building.

Group visits only, by appointment and on weekdays (exceptionally at the weekend).

Visiting arrangements

You will be shown around the brewery by a guide. Afterwards, you will be shown a short film on the history of the brewery and the "DeuS" brewing process A tasting session will complete your visit. The entire programme lasts approximately 2 hours.

Admission fee

€3.50 per person, groups of 20 people or more (by appointment).
