Menu/Dish
As part of the 'Best of Beer in Flanders' campaign, this establishment offers a specialist beer menu as well as an individual beer-inspired dish during the Spring season (30 March to 31 May) and the Autumn months (1 October to 30 November). The chef changes both the dish and the menu on a regular basis. Check out the website to consult the current beer menu.
The restaurant will offer a meat dish and fish dish, both prepared on the basis of beer, as well as a complete beer menu. Diners will not only be able to taste the beer in the dish they're eating but will have the opportunity to enjoy adapted beers to accompany the meal. Bon appétit!
